Orders are shipped as quickly as possible but as a general rule equipment is not subjected to a final evaluation and testing until the order is placed.  The is process can happen the same day or take several days based upon previous orders. 

Credit/account issues can delay shipment.  New items not in inventory will be ordered and forwarded upon receipt.  Re-certified equipment is serviced and must pass proper biomedical tests prior to shipment.  Since this is a dated test good for one year it is not performed until the item is ordered.  Any equipment not passing these tests will be held for service/repair/replacement.  

Shipping weights include packing, box, & accessories plus may be based upon the dimensional weight.

Our Right to Return Policy: If within 3 days of receipt of the item you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly replace the item(s), or, if you prefer, refund your purchase price.   After 3 days all exchanges will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Special ordered items may not be returned.  All requests for  Returned Goods Authorization, RGA, are subject to  MEQL acceptance.   Please write the RGA # on the label side of the box.

Exchanges and Returns: Item/s returned for exchange or refund will receive our prompt attention. When returning merchandise, please include all original packaging and paperwork (or copy) you received with your order. Please be sure to insure your package and we recommend shipping by United Parcel Service because you can track the delivery status. Be sure to include a note with instructions. If it is an exchange and merchandise will be shipped back to you, we do charge a fee to cover the shipping.

Damages and Errors:
You are responsible to report any damaged boxes or containers AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.  Simply have the delivery person note the damage on their paperwork NOT REPORTING DAMAGED BOXES OR SHIPPING CONTAINERS MAY PREVENT YOU FROM FILING A LOSS CLAIM.  Call our toll-free number, 800-555-0774, within 72 hours and advise our office of the damage.   We will work with you to replace/recover your damaged goods as quickly as possible.

International Orders: Orders shipped outside of the United States must be prepaid by bank wire or Letter of Credit and will be charged for incurred banking costs plus the cost of shipping and packaging.

A fee of $35.00 will be charged for returned checks.

Prices are subject to change due to a manufacturer’s increase or upgrade.

All credit card orders will be shipped to the card billing address.
